Video glasses as featured product in Dental Expo 2008

In the framework of the Dental Expo 2008 held last week in Utrecht, The Netherlands, the Dutch company “dentalair” decided to include the relaxView 5.0 Dental Pack, composed by the latest premium pair of video glasses, a portable DVD player and a disposable hygiene set, as the featured product of its catalogue. Live demonstrations took place all along the duration of the dental exposition where it was proved that the use of eyewear helps patients to focus on their visual and auditory senses instead of the potential discomfort or pain to come. The dentists attending the event were also shown how the use of eyewear does not interrupt or block in any way the communication between them and their patients, thus resulting in a win-win situation for both parties.

I wonder if these would be helpful at other doctor's offices. If nothing else, I wish my dentist had some of these, I might actually go more often.
